ZenPDF is a cloud-based document generation and PDF productivity platform. Our services include:

• PDF Conversion Services: Converting Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and image files to PDF.
• PDF Productivity Services: Adding signatures, watermarks, and security passwords to PDF files.
• Japanese Rirekisho Builder: Creating, editing, and downloading Japanese standard JIS-format resumes.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer a monthly Premium subscription plan for $4.99 per month, which starts with a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the 3-day trial period expires, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ZenPDF for any illegal purposes or to upload any content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious software.
• Violates local, national, or international regulations.
• Is abusive, defamatory, or threatening.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform infrastructure.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Zenith Ascent LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
• Any files uploaded, processed, or generated on the platform.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

ZenPDF is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the service will meet your exact requirements or be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.
