Refund Policy

Thank you for using ZenPDF, a cloud-based document generation and PDF productivity platform operated by Zenith Ascent LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our refund and billing terms.

1. 3-Day Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for our Premium subscription plan to allow you to experience our service before being billed.

  • Users may cancel their trial at any time before the trial period expires.
  • If you cancel during the trial period, no charge will occur and your access will end in accordance with our account dashboard settings.
  • You may manage or cancel your trial directly via the account dashboard.

2. Policy After Subscription Billing

Once the 3-day trial expires, or when your subscription is billed:

  • All payments are final: We do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
  • No partial refunds: There are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods (e.g., if you cancel in the middle of a billing month).
  • No prorated refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any unused duration of a subscription.
  • Cancellation details: When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation stops future automatic billing only. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases where a technical error on our platform directly prevented you from accessing the paid service and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit.
